Day 4
My day was a lazy day, but then around 3pm I had this burst of energy to do all my housework and update my CV so I felt quite proud of myself.
I made aconsious effort to eat slow, and this is such a hard task, I am so used to eating fast. Pete's programme is a real eye opener.
I am hooked on Australia Biggest Looser. I find it q;uite motivating and it is then that I get on my bike for at least 30 minutes. So right now i am feeling good and taking one day at a time. I am not sure how i will feel tomorrow, but I will update my journal then.
